Phil Luckett
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Phil was one of the original team responsible for setting up the Student Roost operating platform and during his time there he led on multi-asset mobilisations, complex divestment projects, and the extensive creation of innovative SOPs which remain in use throughout the sector today.

Jermaine Browne
PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER
Jermaine is responsible for acquisitions, planning and development. Jermaine has worked in Real Estate for over 15 years and is recognised as one of the UK’s leading Alternative Living experts, having co-designed and secured planning permission for 10 co-living buildings, PBSA and hotels worth in excess of £800 million GDV across London and Dublin since 2018. Jermaine is founder and chair of the Second Generation Shared Living Consortium (SGSLC), an industry body which exists to progress shared living policy across the UK.

Bell Wang
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Bell works closely with Charlie in her role as Re:shape’s Investment analyst, focusing on preparing; investment opportunity analysis, underwriting, and investor materials. Having held positions as property manager and asset management analyst, Bell brings with her 8 years of cross-sector experience in real estate operations in Canada and China across PBSA, residential, shopping centers, and offices. Bell recently graduated with distinction from the Real Estate Master's programme at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).

Robbie Nightingale
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Robbie is the driving force behind the successful delivery of all Re:shape schemes, overseeing every aspect to ensure they meet the highest standards and seamlessly transition to the operational team. With sustainability as a central focus, Robbie ensures that every project is imbued with the key principles covered in BREAAM, FITWELL and Requirements for Article 8 funds. Robbie holds 15 years development experience, having been at Mace group for 8 years and then delivering +10,000 units for developers across the Co-living and PBSA space.

Charlie Gayner
PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER
Charlie is responsible for capital raising, asset management and operations. Over the past 8 years, Charlie has led fundraising initiatives within the Co-living sector successfully raising circa £750m of debt and equity, and led the creation of a new branded living platform called ARK. Charlie holds a 1st Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree from Bristol University and a Real Estate Master’s degree from CASS Business School.

Chris Roche
PROJECT MANAGER
Chris is responsible for strategic projects across the business including investment and development management, product development and systems design. He benefits from over 15 years of property industry experience across the US and Europe having worked throughout the entire building lifecycle from acquisitions to operations. Notable roles include time at Landsec, OPDC and The Collective while having spent over a decade shaping young leaders in the industry with the Urban Land Institute.

Samuel Jolapamo
FINANCE PARTNER
Samuel is responsible for the financial and investment analytical aspects of the business and its joint venture platforms. Samuel has previously held other senior finance positions at Fund, Private Equity Managers and Real Estate Investment Trusts including Hermes Investment Management, MGPA, Great Portland Estates and Quidnet Capital. Samuel is a fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Dan Lutterodt
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Starting his career at Lloyds supporting the non-core asset strategy, Dan moved to Resolution Property in 2013 focusing on acquiring pan-European real estate for repositioning plays in office, residential co-living and hotel projects in UK and German markets. In 2017 Dan moved to Berlin to join Cresco Capital focusing on investment strategies within the micro-apartment, residential and student accommodation sector. In 2018 Dan was approached by The Collective to provide investment expertise in German co-living and corporate finance. Dan joined Re:shape in 2024, following two years working at Heitman, a global investment management company based in Chicago. Dan brings experience in innovative, forward thinking real estate concepts to Re:shape through his numerous years as an investment professional focusing on acquisition and structuring a variety of asset classes.

Through acting as Investment and Asset manager, Planning and Development manager, Joint Venture Partner and trusted advisor, re:shape is uniquely positioned to provide an integrated end-to-end service across the real estate industry.
