Launched in 2022 by Re:shape and its partners, ARK was created to redefine co-living through design-led, community-driven spaces that blend the comfort of private apartments with the vibrant shared spaces.
The platform opened its first 300-bed flagship, Wembley ARK, in September 2022, followed by Canary Wharf ARK in January 2024. Together, the operational portfolio now exceeds 1,000 beds
OUR PROJECTS
Re:shape is delivering one of the UK’s largest purpose-built Co-living and PBSA portfolios, focused on well-connected, high-growth urban areas.
Each development blends private studio living with shared amenities, workspaces, and wellness — forming vibrant ecosystems for modern city living.
A DREAMER’S LIFE
We believe that everyone should have the right to live in beautifully designed spaces with panoramic views over a river or city skyline, and that is why all our buildings are designed with exceptional rooftop amenities creating a ‘penthouse for all.’
Homes with soul
Communities with purpose
A CONVENIENT LIFE
We appreciate that younger generations have to work harder and longer than those that preceded them to buy a home in the UK - so we try to minimise the pressures of life and provide insulation from the cost of living crisis through an all-inclusive monthly bill while they rent with us.
A RESILIENT LIFE
We know that a healthy body results in a healthy mind - so we not only promote wellness, and healthy eating within our communities but design our buildings and events programming around physical exercise, team sports and outdoor activities all year round.
A BALANCED LIFE
Whether you work at the office or at home, we believe people must have clear distinctions between places of work, socialising and relaxation to assist them switch off and recharge. That is why all our buildings are designed with designated co-working spaces separate from the social areas and bedrooms.
